s Special Counsel for Borrello Graham Lawyers, Peter represents and advises clients with respect to complex District Court, Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings and appeals in areas of law concerning interests in real and other property assets, equity and trusts, planning and land (including compensation for compulsory acquisition of land) corporations, commercial and trade practices.

Peter specialises in the resolution and litigation of complex disputes concerning property and commerce, such as disputes involving land, the relationship of landlord and tenant, interests in personal property (including securities) and corporations, contractual disputes and the breakdown of business relationships.

Peter also has significant experience in contentious planning and development matters and compensation for the compulsory acquisition of land by governmental agencies.

Peter has represented clients in proceedings and appeals in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia, administrative tribunals (such as the State Administrative Tribunal and Administrative Appeals Tribunal) and the Federal Court of Australia.

In addition, Peter has provided extensive strategic and legal advice on a range of matters with a commercial or property focus concerning real estate, securities, property and business structuring, directors duties, equity and trusts, contractual disputes and risk minimisation, trade practices and consumer protection.
