Joe is a highly experienced commercial lawyer having acted in a wide range of property and commercial related matters throughout his career. His expertise covers all areas of franchise law, business acquisitions/sales and structuring (including preparing partnership-type arrangements), estate planning, business succession, estate administration, property-related matters (including the acquisition of large-scale properties, the strata titling of properties and the preparation of “off the plan” and established strata lot sales contracts). Joe regularly prepares and provides advice on sales, leasing and licensing of real and personal property.

Julius joined Borrello Graham Lawyers in January 2016, having previously held a partnership role at Jackson McDonald for more than 10 years.Julius’ practice includes work from both local government and private clients at all stages of the planning and environmental approval process.
